Vegetable Carpaccio


Ingredients

  • 2 Pumpkins
  • 6 filleted Mushrooms
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • Grated rind of lemon
  • Lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon ACADO™ garlic infused oil
  • ¼ teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions

  1. 1. Make a layer of sliced pumpkins, mushrooms and Parmesan cheese.
  2. 2. Add the grated rind of 1 lime over.
  3. 3. Add lime juice, ACADO™ garlic infused oil, white vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
