• 1 Cup semolina wheat
  • 2 Chopped onions
  • 2 Cups chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Cups peppermint minced
  • ½ kg red tomatoes cut into small squares
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. ACADO™ Avocado Oil
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Salt for taste
  • 1 romaine and leafless (For presentation)
  • 2-3 Lemon slices (For presentation)


  1. 1. Combine semolina wheat and water in a large bowl and soak it for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes drain the wheat with sieve and squeeze the remaining water with a spoon.
  2. 2. Now in the same bowl add onions, tomatoes, parsley, peppermint, lemon juice and ACADO™ Avocado oil and toss it.
  3. 3. Take one bowl and make a bed with romaine and leafless, spread the tabbouleh. Add salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Now serve with a few slices of lemon and peppermint leaf. Enjoy Breakfast with Tabbouleh.
