- 1 Cup semolina wheat
- 2 Chopped onions
- 2 Cups chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Cups peppermint minced
- ½ kg red tomatoes cut into small squares
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. ACADO™ Avocado Oil
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Salt for taste
- 1 romaine and leafless (For presentation)
- 2-3 Lemon slices (For presentation)
- 1. Combine semolina wheat and water in a large bowl and soak it for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes drain the wheat with sieve and squeeze the remaining water with a spoon.
- 2. Now in the same bowl add onions, tomatoes, parsley, peppermint, lemon juice and ACADO™ Avocado oil and toss it.
- 3. Take one bowl and make a bed with romaine and leafless, spread the tabbouleh. Add salt and pepper.
- 4. Now serve with a few slices of lemon and peppermint leaf. Enjoy Breakfast with Tabbouleh.
