Smoked Salmon Sashimi


Ingredients

  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup ACADO™ Avocado oil
  • 1 red onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Capers
  • Salt
  • 200 grams Smoked Salmon
  • Toasted bread

Directions

  1. 1. Place 200 gr. smoked salmon on a serving platter, add lemon juice, ½ ACADO™ Avocado oil chopped egg.
  2. 2. Then add chopped red onion, capers and salt to taste. Mix it.
  3. 3. Pair it with toasted bread.
