Rosemary Roasted Potatoes


  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 3 tbsp. ACADO™ Avocado Oil
  • Rock salt
  • ½ Tsp. Ground black pepper
  • 10 unpeeled garlic cloves
  • 5 to 6 large rosemary sprigs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Small slice of lemon


  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Take a bowl add potatoes, ACADO™ Avocado oil, rock salt, black salt, garlic cloves, rosemary sprigs and toss until the potatoes are well coated.
  2. 2. Now roast potatoes for at least 1 hour or until browned and crispy.
  3. 3. Lastly, take a tray and place potatoes into it, sprinkle and pepper salt for taste and serve it with lemon slice.
