- 1 Avocado
- 15 large Shrimp
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 2 tbsp. ACADO Garlic Infused oil
- Chile de Arbol
- Ground pepper
- 1. Clean and peel the shrimp removing the head and book.
- 2. Heat the pan and add 2 tablespoons of ACADO Garlic Infused oil and add 2 cloves of garlic filleted and a chopped Chile de Arbol.
- 3. Now add the shrimp and add a tablespoon of lemon juice, salt and ground pepper.
- 4. Once cooked, remove it in and rack them on a plate and sprinkle chopped parsley.
