Elvers with Garlic Shrimp


Ingredients

  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 400 gr. Shrimp
  • 1 sheet Chile de arbol
  • 400 gr. Elvers
  • 1 sprig of chopped parsley
  • ACADO™ oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions

  1. 1. In a clay pot, add 6 tablespoons of ACADO™ oil and garlic and Chile de arbol together.
  2. 2. When the garlic starts to brown, add shrimp and cook for a while until they start to brown.
  3. 3. Now, add Elvers, stir well until it heats.
  4. 4. Lastly, sprinkle chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
