Elvers with Garlic Shrimp
- 4 garlic cloves
- 400 gr. Shrimp
- 1 sheet Chile de arbol
- 400 gr. Elvers
- 1 sprig of chopped parsley
- ACADO™ oil
- Salt and Pepper
- 1. In a clay pot, add 6 tablespoons of ACADO™ oil and garlic and Chile de arbol together.
- 2. When the garlic starts to brown, add shrimp and cook for a while until they start to brown.
- 3. Now, add Elvers, stir well until it heats.
- 4. Lastly, sprinkle chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
