Ceviche White


Ingredients

  • 5 Tbsp. ACADO™ Avocado Oil
  • 1 Cup of lemon juice
  • 1/4 Tbsp. Wine vinegar
  • 1 Clove Garlic (crushed)
  • 1 Tbsp. Chicken broth
  • ½ kg. Fish (chopped)
  • 3 Serrano chilies
  • ½ Onion (chopped)
  • 1 Mango (raw)
  • 1 Avocado
  • ½ Bunch cilantro (chopped)

Directions

  1. 1. Take a bowl, place the chopped fish in it. Marinate it with lemon juice, wine vinegar, garlic and chicken broth. Keep the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 mins.
  2. 2. In another bowl, add avocado, mango, onion and serrano chilies. Mix it well.
  3. 3. Now add the mixture in the previous bowl of fish and add ACADO™ Avocado oil.
  4. 4. Keep the mixture in refrigerator for an hour and sprinkle cilantro on it.

  5. The Ceviche white is ready to serve now.
