Blueberries and chia Smoothie


Ingredients

  • 1 large frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen chopped pineapple
  • ½ cup of frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons of chia
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup water

Directions

  1. 1. Add banana, pineapple, blueberries, chia, coconut milk and water in a blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Enjoy your drink!
