Avocado dip with Mint and yogurt


  • 10-12 Mint leaves
  • Water (as per requirement)
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/3 Natural yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. ACADO™ Avocado oil
  • Toast baked corn


  1. 1. Boil the water, add mint leaves for few seconds and take out from water. Then put it on ice.
  2. 2. Take blender or food processor, add Avocado, mint leaves, yogurt, lemon juice and ACADO™ Avocado oil and blend it until smooth.
  3. 3. Enjoy Avocado dip with mint and yogurt with toast baked corn.

Tip: Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
